Ivy Corridor Strategic Planning Study Charlottesville, VA

Landwise collaborated with a team of planners to develop a strategic plan for the 14-acre Ivy Corridor site, including parcels controlled by the UVA Foundation, on the western portion of UVA Grounds. Landwise completed a market scan to understand the depth of potential demand for private land uses including residential, office, retail, and hospitality. This broad understanding of market supply and demand helped to inform a diverse mix of programmatic uses, including University specific uses, that will help to reinvigorate this crucial edge of UVA Grounds. The team’s plan has been endorsed by the University Board of Visitors and will be implemented in phases over the next 5 years.
